Un très bon film, avec des personnages attachants et très bien choisis. J'avoue avoir été étonné quand j'ai vu Amandla Stenberg dans le rôle de Ruby, car elle ne correspond pas à la description de l'héroïne du livre. Cependant, elle a parfaitement joué son personnage, et je pense qu'il n'y avait pas de meilleure actrice pour ce rôle.
